Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • All original tags and labels must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, or, in the case of cash on delivery, coordinated via email.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
